Changes and returns
A change can be requested when:
You have 15 natural days from the date of delivery of the product to request the change.
The jewels must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The order must be returned in the original packaging to ensure that the items arrive impeccable. Keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. Any damage on the return transport is the responsibility of the buyer.
Whims Jewels reserves the right to refuse changes of used or poorly-used items without the original packaging.
To make a change, fill out our form and send it to our customer service email [email protected] and our team will answer you in the same email, and you will be explained how to make the change.
Once the change is approved, Whims Jewels will send you your new order when the initial product has been received.
All shipping costs associated with a change will be borne by the buyer, unless the change is due to the jewelry have arrived in poor condition or the order was wrong, in these two cases Whims Jewels will be responsible for shipping costs.
Changes will be approved for products of the same value. In the case of being a product with a higher cost, the difference must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
In no case may jewelry be exchanged for others of lesser amount.
Whims Jewels only accepts returns of jewels that have arrived in poor condition or in the case that an incorrect product has been received, different from the one requested.
It has 15 natural days from the date of delivery of the product.
The price paid for the product will be completely returned, not including shipping costs.
The amount will be paid in a maximum of 10 business days.
